Fun Fact: Dynamic RAM

Here's a fun fact about an option in various operating systems that has to do something with RAM.

What do you think the "Refresh" option of the desktop does when it is clicked?

The answer's simple, the "Refresh" option synchronizes the current data of the RAM back to its intended memory cells.
Our computer's main memory is Dynamic RAM.
The data stored in it gets out of place after some time and might become inaccessible. The simple solution is to hit the "Refresh" option after some time (but not every second).
